Photographer Sues Justin Bieber And His Bodyguard
Justin Bieber might have a lawsuit on his hands as a photographer is suing the young pop star because he supposedly ordered one of his bodyguards to attack him.
Photographer Jeffrey Binion didn't waste any time and filed the lawsuit in Miami-Dade County Court this Monday. The photographer is suing Bieber because the pop star allegedly made his bodyguard, Hugo Hesny, attack him. The incident happened in front of “The Hit Factory” studio in Miami, Florida on the 5th of June.
The complaint states that Hugo Hesny and a number of other bodyguards immobilized Binion, threw him against a wall and chocked him. He also states that they pointed a gun at him while trying to make the photographer hand over the memory card that contained the pictures of Bieber.
Jeffrey Binion is asking for $15,000 in damages from the bodyguard and the same sum from Bieber, stating that he suffered a number of bodily injuries, as well as mental anguish and had to cover a lot of medical expenses.
The photographer’s lawyer scolded the young pop star saying that he is an adult now and he should act the part, and stop using his bodyguards to attack innocent people, especially photographers.
Justin Bieber or any representative of his has yet to comment on the situation.
