Rihanna Admits Zero Love Life
After all the controversy and twisted drama surrounding Rihanna’s lovelife, has she finally found someone new? Or will there be another chapter that will happen with her and Chris Brown? Has she ever really been romanced by Drake, Ashton Kutcher, or Shia LaBeouf ... or anyone else she's rumored to be dating?
Just when everybody thought that she has dates lined up every night of every week, she reveals in the latest issue of Vogue magazine, that's not the case.
"I have not been on a date in forever. Like two years. Haven't gone to the movies, to dinner. Zero," she sighs, adding that her single status is not exactly by choice. "I would love to go on a date. You don't think that? I'm a woman. A young woman, vibrant, and I love to have fun. And I have too many vag*nas around me at this point."
Riri has always been bold and brash, a personality that most of her fans love about her. However, she also admits that it’s something that intimidates most guys.
"No one asks me for a date. Trust me on that," the 24-year-old notes. "I'm waiting for the man who's ballsy enough to deal with me. I'm going to wait, though. You always find the wrong s--- when you go looking."
Still, without denying, the "Talk That Talk" singer's most famous romantic relationship is still the one she shared with fellow singer Chris Brown, who appealed guilty to felony assault for beating her back in February 2009 when they were a couple. Later, she made the controversial decision to record mix of her song "Birthday Cake" with Brown, and has recently been seen hanging out with him.
"To the world, I feel like there's no closure. There's some obsession that's continued even throughout when we weren't friends or couldn't be friends at all. Hated each other," Rihanna shares. "The world hasn't let go. They haven't seen any progress in our friendship, because they don't see anything, really, besides the song. So now it's a bit of a fascination, I guess."
For a man who had hurt her so badly, people find it hard to understand how Rihanna's been able to rekindle at least a close friendship.
"They're not on the inside," she says. "They can't see what I see, unless they're sitting in my point of view. I guess I'll learn to accept that."
