Rock Legend “Guns N' Roses” Gets Boos, Axl Rose A No Show

Guns N' Roses got together for one more gig, but got booed without their lead man, Axl Rose.

The rockers, who rocked the world's top music act amid endless dysfunction, reunited on Saturday night before 6,000 fans, many of whom were thrilled to see the band's original lineup jam on classic hits like "Paradise City." and "Sweet Child O' Mine."

Rose, the band's front man and ringmaster of the G N' R traveling sex, drugs and rock and roll circus, declined to attend the induction.

When the fans realized the lead man is not with the group, they got wild and booed the group.

However, though Rose’s absence disappointed some hardcore fans and ended any possibility of a full-scale reunion of the original lineup, bassist Duff McKagan, guitarist Slash, and drummer Steve Adler performed for the first time in nearly 20 years to the delight of the sell-out crowd inside Public Hall.

The event lasted until the early morning with an All-Star jam featuring some of rock's biggest names closing the almost 6-hour long ceremony with an inspiring rendition of Stevie Wonder's "Higher Ground."

Guns N' Roses rocked without Axl Rose which proves that the group can make it without the famous (and notorious) lead man.
