Ryan Reynolds Gushes About Baby James

In a recent interview with Jimmy Fallon at the “Tonight Show,” Ryan Reynolds revealed that he was not able to get much sleep since his wife, Blake Lively, gave birth nine week ago. The actor said that he thinks their baby is allergic to sleep.

When Jimmy Fallon, a father of two, said it was not possible, Reynolds offered another theory about their new-born daughter. He said that she is probably protecting him and his wife from sleep monsters. He added that their baby may be thinking that she has to keep them awake or “the sleep monsters will get them.”

Fallon jokingly responded that babies do not care about them.

However, the Woman in Gold star indicated that he has found a way to make his daughter sleep. He said that he tries to use the Baby Einstein stuff, which is like horse tranquilizer for him. He joked that he can go down on a lighted stove or someone can easily push him off a plane. He added that it can result to the weirdest dreams he ever had.

But, on the serious side of the situation Ryan Reynolds said that James has him wrapped around her finger. He added that he has become a “slave to the rhythm.” The actor said that he is excited for fatherhood and is looking forward to teatime with his daughter every day. But, he immediately added that she will become a football player

Since he grew up in a family of boys, the upbringing of James will not be in the same way as his father raised them. A picture of Reynolds when he was young was shown by Fallon. Reynolds joked that their father used to cut their hair using a dull hammer, which would take a long time to finish.

Ryan Reynolds also said that his life with three brothers is similar to a “Cops” episode every weekend since they were not good to each other. While his father was a police officer, the colleagues of his father never made social calls at his house. Reynolds said one brother set a building on fire while another one made a hole on his Volkswagen. The third brother supposedly got into trouble after he crashed motorcycles.

Reynolds said that he does not want to be near this kind of chaos since he is already a father, which can basically end wars. While he said that carpet bombing places with the smell of the head of a baby, Ryan Reynolds revealed that he finds it too creepy whenever someone wants to smell his baby.
