Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Iron Man Unveiled
The Galaxy S6 Edge Iron Man Limited Edition, the latest smartphone offering of Samsung, was unveiled recently. The latest model of the S6 Edge celebrates the success of "Avengers: Age of Ultron," which hit the big screen recently.
The palette of the new smartphone is a departure from its usual Black Sapphire and White Pearl color theme, and is aimed at the geekiest fans of Marvel. It is inspired by the red-colored armor of Tony Stark with its metallic red body and gold highlights surrounding the camera and buttons. Gold accents are also seen along the edges of the new smartphone.
The mask of Iron Man is also printed at the back of the device, right above its Limited Edition serial number. The user interface also takes its cue from the armored Marvel superhero through its font and camera icon.
The release of the new S6 Edge was hinted by Samsung near the start of the month as the company tweeted an Avengers-decorated box with the promise of an upcoming product. The tweet has since been removed.
The red and gold Galaxy S6 Edge Iron Man Limited Edition features 64GB of storage and comes with a wireless charger. The device also has a cover as added protection. The new S6 Edge is expected to be released into the South Korean market by May 27 and in Hong Kong and China by June.
