Sarah Goldberg Dies In Her Sleep At 40

Former “7th Heaven” star, Sarah Goldberg, died in her sleep at the age of 40. The former “Jurassic Park III” actress died of natural causes at the Wisconsin cabin of the family, according to Judy Goldberg, her mother. While an autopsy did not reveal the exact cause of her death, a heart ailment was suspected to be the reason why she passed away.

Judy revealed that Sarah did not wake up from her sleep. The news of the death of Goldberg followed reports of an NYPD investigation on Stephen Collins for suspected child molestation.

Judy said the career of Sarah began when she became a part of the “Cinderella” production of the Chicago City Ballet. She became an extra on “My Best Friend’s Wedding” since her mother was a part owner of the company that provided table linens at the set. Sarah Goldberg was spotted arranging tablecloths at the set by a film staffer.

Goldberg also appeared in a number of television series including “Judging Amy,” "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation," “The Beast,” and “90210.” She played the role of Sarah Glass Camden in “7th Heaven.” Judy revealed that her daughter wanted to study medicine, but played a doctor for three years on the television series. Sarah graduated with a microbiology degree from Amherst College.

Her death was tweeted by Barry Watson, her TV husband on “7th Heaven.” She also played the role of a college student looking for drugs in “Training Day” with Denzel Washington. She also received credit under her stage name Sarah Danielle Madison.

Sarah was born in Springfield in 1974 and attended the Latin School of Chicago before moving on to Amherst. She was also a trick skier and practiced yoga. Her mother revealed that Sarah Goldberg can ski backwards while blowing kisses to people and pretending to be a water skier.
