Sinead O’Connor Miley Cyrus War Continues
The war between the 90’s symbol and Miley Cyrus carries on with Sinead O’Connor Facebooking a new message to the young singer. Prior to the harsh exchange of messages via social media websites, Miley said in her Rolling Stone interview that the video for “Wreaking Ball” was inspired by O’Connor’s 90’s hit “Nothing Compares 2 You”.
The whole thing started when O’Connor expressed her concern for the way Miley is acting. The Irish singer said that the music industry doesn't care about the singers. She also said that it will transform an artist into a “prostitute” and “cleverly” make her feel that it was her who wanted it.
She ended her message by saying she is “staggered” that any young woman in the 21st century could behave in such a manor.
To what, apparently, seemed words of wisdom from the veteran Irish singer Miley responded quite harshly. She said via Twitter that “Before there was Amanda Bynes... There was (O’Connor),” and reposted tweets of O’Connor from two years back when she was mentioning suicide.
O’Connor didn't take long to respond and gave Miley a harsh reality check saying that she reposted tweets of hers from a time when she was unwell. She also said that she should apologize to Amanda Bynes who is going through a hard time seeking help at a celebrity rehab.
