Las Vegas — Vince Neil, Motley Crue singer, announced Monday through his lawyer that he will plead guilty of the offense he was charged. The singer was charged of misdemeanor disorderly conduct. The singer will pay a $1,000 fine. His lawyer was also glad to announce that the allegation and charges that he poked his former girlfriend in a Las Vegas resort lounge after a confrontation will be dismissed and dropped by the court.
The next trial which will be held in is scheduled next Monday. The defense lawyer of the 50 year old Neil is David Chesnoff. The dropping of the domestic violence case against his former girlfriend has already been agreed upon; the agreement has been confirmed by David Roger, Clark County District Attorney.
The singer who lives in Las Vegas might face a 6 month imprisonment and a $1,000 fine if Vince Neil will be convicted on each charge. Neil was originallly accused of poking the chest of Alicia Jacobs, Las Vegas entertainment reporter, and pointing and cursing Jacobs and 2 other friends sitting next to her. In an interview with Alicia Jacobs, she is glad that Neil Vince is responsible enough to take account of all the consequences of all his actions. I’m so happy that it will be over and the case will be closed after the trial.
