Taylor Swift: Next Month’s Cosmopolitan Girl Shares Her Views On Relationships

This coming December, all Taylor Swift fans must brace themselves as she will be the upcoming cover girl of Cosmopolitan. The 22-year-old superstar will also give readers a run-down on what she needed and what she didn’t tolerate when it comes to being in relationships.

According to Taylor, there first has to be an immediate attraction, a sudden burst of overwhelming feeling.

"I need that unexplainable spark…I just need to see someone and feel Oh, no, uh-oh. It's only happened a few times in my life, but I feel like if I was gonna be with someone forever, it would be because I saw them and I thought, Oh, no."

Though of course, initial attraction doesn't always lead to the healthiest relationships, she added.

"I’ve had a lot of dark and twisty situations happen, enough to realize that when someone exhibits signs of evoking a dark and twisty relationship and dark and twisty feelings, it’s not interesting to me," she reveals.

As for the perception that she falls hard, fast, Taylor doesn't exactly deny it.

"I can't deal with someone wanting to take a relationship backward or needing space or cheating on you. It's a conscious thing: it's a common-sense thing…I just don’t ever want to end up in a relationship that isn't fair ever again," she says.

And not surprisingly, her end goal is to be a mom someday.

"Being a mom full time, doing everything for my kids, having a bunch of them. One day, I'm sure. But that's the only other thing that could be as thrilling for me as doing this," she says about her amazingly successful music career.
