Teaser Trailer For “The Hateful Eight” Released
The teaser trailer for the latest movie of Quentin Tarantino,” The Hateful Eight,” was released recently. The movie revolves around 19th century bounty hunters who start a journey in bringing a fugitive to justice. It has a good amount of bloodshed and Samuel L. Jackson is one of its stars.
The synopsis of the movie appears to be similar to the 2012 Western movie of Tarantino, “Django Unchained.” However, the eighth movie of the famed director is set in Wyoming a number of years after the Civil War. The main characters were introduced in the teaser trailer and Jackson appears to play a significant role as a Union soldier turned bounty hunter. Jennifer Jason Leigh plays the outlaw with a bounty on her head while Kurt Russell is the bounty hunter aiming to bring the outlaw to justice.
The release of the trailer follows a number of issues that nearly led to the shelving of the movie. When the script of the movie was leaked in January last year, Tarantino thought about shelving the movie. He ordered a live reading of the draft before writing a number of new drafts. In the end, Tarantino decided to continue producing the movie.
“The Hateful Eight” also stars Tim Roth, Bruce Dern, Demián Bichir, Michael Madsen and Walton Goggins. It is scheduled for a limited release on Christmas while its wide release is set on January 8, 2016.
