Tiger Woods’ Worst PGA Tour Performance

Tiger Woods’ Worst PGA Tour Performance

John Creek, Georgia — Fresh from his recent return from the PGA tour after a long absence due to major injuries, Tiger Woods still could not bring back his winning form by missing the cut at the ongoing tournament held at the Atlanta Athletic Golf Club Friday. Woods was unable to showcase his A-game in this tournament with a dismal and shocking two round performance. Woods hit into a couple of bunkers, 22 to be exact. He also hit 4 balls that ended up in the water.

His recent performance with 5 double bogeys has been the worst ever in a tournament he participated. His final score of 73 was not good enough and thus he was kicked out of a spot in the top 100. This marks the first time in a major tournament that Tiger Woods missed the cut.

Jason Dufner, co-leader in the tournament with Keegan Bradley, was 15 shots ahead of Woods. Dufner aims to get his first ever major PGA Tournament while Bradley is currently playing for his first major tournament. Woods admitted that he has a lot of catching work to do after his long rest due to serious injuries affected so much his physical game. Wood’s recent performance brought so much frustration and disappointed from his fans watching the tournament. People are now curious on Tiger Woods next tournament. As of the moment, it is not clear when and where Tiger Woods will play next.
