Toxic Exposure Probable Cause of Thailand Tourists Death
Bangkok, Thailand - The deaths of 5 foreign tourists and a local Thai tourist guide in Northern Thailand Hotels are currently being investigated. The deaths are mysterious and there is a report that their deaths are being linked to toxic and chemical exposure. But still, the exact reason for their deaths is currently unknown and undetermined yet.
Foreign tourist victims came as far as the United States, New Zealand, France and Britain staying for holiday vacation in 3 different hotels in the popular Thai city of Chiang Mai, located in Northern Thailand. Other 3 of the reported ill tourists already have recovered. Thailand’s Dept. of Disease and Control declared that the specific agents responsible for the illness and death of the foreign tourists still cannot be determined and thorough investigations are underway to find out how they were exposed to these alleged chemical agents.
The wave of deaths came early this year in the months of January and February but still no one has been identified responsible for the series of deaths. A 23 year old woman from New Zealand died last February 6 but her 2 other female companions recovered after getting the same illness. In the same hotel, a local Thai woman aged 47 died earlier last February 3. A report stated that 4 out of the 5 deaths are most likely being linked to toxic and chemical exposure, gas or pesticides.
A British couple, both 70s, died in the same hotel last February 19 and speculations that toxic and chemical exposure caused their death can be inferred as the two died in the same hotel.
