Trailer for “Jurassic World” Released

The trailer for “Jurassic World” was released recently by Universal Pictures. Colin Trevorrow will direct the latest sequel of the 1993 “Jurassic Park.” The sequel to the movie originally directed by Steven Spielberg is set to hit the big screen on June 12, 2015.

The movie features a theme park located in an isolated island and filled with real-life dinosaurs. The latest film will have a similar plot as the original movie as it visitors enjoy the attractions in the park. However, the hybrid dinosaur created by scientists is set free, sending visitors running for their lives. The hybrid dinosaur was created to kill anything that moves.

Although a 30-second trailer for “Jurassic World” was released by the studio, it resulted to an uproar among dinosaur enthusiasts, who pointed out a number of inaccuracies in the movie. “My Beloved Brontosaurus” author Brian Switek indicated through his Twitter account that it was a good idea to provide thumbs to the hybrid dinosaur. He indicated that basing on the trailer the hybrid dinosaur has thumbs, which is a great idea for a smart and carnivorous dinosaur.

A number of zoologists were also disappointed with the absence of dinosaurs with forked tongue lips and feathers. They were also saddened by the fact that the film did not distinguish between a mosquito and a crane fly. The trailer for the movie shows a young boy visiting the theme park for an adventure before everything starts to deteriorate as the hybrid dinosaur is released.

Bryce Dallas Howard and Chris Pratt are among the stars in the upcoming movie. Pratt plays the role of Owen who senses danger when he learned that scientists were genetically-modifying dinosaurs on “Jurassic World.”
