US Cellular And Sprint To Offer LG G4 By June

Following the official launch of the LG G4 recently, the latest flagship smartphone of the South Korean company is set to be offered by a number of US-based carriers. US Cellular and Sprint announced that they will include the device in their respective product lineups by June.

Sprint will be offering the black leather and metallic grey models of the smartphone. The carrier is already allowing customers to pre-register to buy the smartphone. Customers who pre-register also have the opportunity to win the device.

While the device will be offered by T-Mobile, Verizon and AT&T, the carriers did not give any indications when they would offer the device.

For the moment, the company has yet to reveal the price tag of the LG G4. But, LG indicated that its price tag will be similar to the price of the G3 when it was initially introduced in the market. Due to this, it is possible for the new LG smartphone to have a price tag of around $200 with a carrier agreement. The price of the smartphone without a contract is expected to be at around $600.

The smartphone is also expected to be sold through other retailers, like Best Buy and Amazon.

The latest flagship device of LG features the Snapdragon 808 processor of Qualcomm, a new 16MP camera, and 5.5-inch screen display with a 1440p resolution. The device will utilize the Android 5.1 Lollipop mobile OS of Google along with the latest UX 4.0 user interface of LG.

The LG G4 is expected to be released into the South Korean market before it will reach US shores.
