Valveforce Announces New High Pressure Control Valve Range Designed for AD and Biofuel Plants

Valveforce is launching its new valves by offering to provide technical design assistance to all anaerobic digestion and biogas plant designers, from its Solihull, Birmingham, UK based location.

Not got much time? The detailed article about this development which is sure to help the AD Plant industry raise design quality standards is available by clicking here.

Anaerobic digestion plants need a lot of valves and every one needs to work correctly. Not too long ago in the UK, the early developers of these plants suffered high plant outages while unsuitable valves were stripped down continually to clear blockages. In fact, at times in the mid-2000s the reliability of the  AD process itself was brought into question, when in truth the biogas production process was being hampered by poor valve equipment choice.

Now that AD Plants are increasingly providing CHP heat energy delivered as hot water to radiators dispersed throughout community heating schemes, yet more emphasis need to be placed upon the precise control of heat delivery via the buried pipelines involved. That's where this new range of control valves are badly needed to ensure the correct volume of hot water can be continually adjusted at the AD Plant Energy Centre to meet the constantly varying demand from the users of the CHP energy.

The Valveforce Offering in More Detail

Steam system and flow control specialists Valveforce have launched a new range of High Pressure Two-Way Pneumatic and Electric Control Valves, designed to help maximise efficient operation of the energy centre at biogas and biofuel plants.

Valveforce design, build and test to create high quality bespoke valve systems, as well as provide off-the-shelf solutions. In addition they have also ensured that these new High Pressure Valves provide safe control in AD environments.

Designed in a straight through globe style with precision cast bodies for maximum capacity, Valveforce’s High Pressure Valves can handle a wide range of fluids found at renewable energy and fuel plants, including water, thermal oil, steam, nitrogen and natural gases.

For quick change and ease of maintenance, these new valves are in optimised modular construction and benefit from a large range of actuators to match the diverse demands of numerous AD/biofuel applications.

In addition to its High Pressure Two-Way Pneumatic and Electric Valves, Valveforce also supply a full range of Mixing and Diverting Valves, as well as Severe Duty Valves for biogas and biofuel applications.

The Valveforce Offering

Valveforce offers business information resources, as part of valve force international. Other valve types include Wafer Check Valves, Globe Control Valves, many with ValveForce own brand options. Valving offered includes proprietary plug, and even steam and Hygienic Valves/ Regulators for duties on some AD Plants.

If you visit their website you will be amused to find that their service is offered by their cartoon character the "ValveGeek", and there is also a valving geek forum provided and hosted as part of their website. We imagine that the forum will become very popular once the word gets out about these new Valveforce AD Plant Control Valves.
