Walmart Black Friday 2015 Ad Released Online
The Walmart Black Friday 2015 Ad was released into the internet by the retailer recently. While tech-inclined consumers may not find the ad exciting, it does offer a number of deals that they may find appealing.
The iPad is one of the products the retailer is offering during the event. While the 16GB iPad Mini 2 will be sold at $199 or $70 lower than its price at Apple, it is currently available at Walmart at the same price. However, a limited deal shown on the Walmart Black Friday 2015 Ad is a price reduction for the standard iPad Air 2, which will be sold $100 than its current price.
The deal will be offered at 6PM at Walmart store locations during Thanksgiving. Customers will have to show up at the store during the first hour after stores open their doors. This setup is designed to prevent brawls that happened in the past during the Black Friday event. If the store location sells out, customers can get a guarantee card to purchase the iPad and shipped to the store at a later date.
Aside from the iPad, the retailer is also offering more tablet deals from RCA. A 7-inch Android tablet will be sold at $28.88, which is somewhat cheaper than the Kindle Fire 7 of Amazon. The Walmart Black Friday As shows that the device will be ad-free, which appears to be a poke at the ads on the low-priced Kindle Fire. A 10.1-inch Android slate will also be sold at $79. This device features a quad-core processor, an internal storage of 32GB and detachable keyboard. On the other hand, a 10.1-inch Windows tablet featuring a detachable keyboard will be sold at $128.
The Walmart Black Friday 2015 Ad also shows three laptop offerings during the annual event. The Thanksgiving Day doorbuster is an Intel Celeron-powered HP tablet featuring a 15.6-inch touch screen display, 4GB RAM and 500GB storage sold at $249. A Windows 10 HP laptop featuring similar features without the touch screen display is also available. An AMD A6-powered HP laptop with a 17.3-inch screen, 4GB RAM and 500GB storage will also be offered at $299. The Walmart Black Friday 2015 Ad appears to rely on the bargain-priced RCA hybrids since it does not carry any 2-in-1 devices of major manufacturers.
