The first Anniversary update is also expected to enhance the Hello login feature as well as the Cortana voice assistant. It will also allow the software to offer support to the augmented reality headset of Microsoft, the HoloLens. The update is called the Anniversary Update since it marks the first full year Windows 10 has been available in the market. Since it is still in its initial phase, the company is asking for feedback from users.

A feedback form found on the new Start menu of the software gives users the opportunity to vote on the changes as well as make suggestions on how it can be enhanced further. On the other hand an early release of the new version will be made available to free Windows Insider program members. They can share their feedback on the new Start menu of Windows 10 after they get to use it. The update is expected to be released by summer.
